I'm an Aunt!!

So proud to announce that my precious little niece Marnie Rae is FINALLY here!
At 1:21pm on Friday May 7th my sister Amy gave birth to a 9lb4oz, 21inch baby girl!
We waited a long time for her, and I must say she is BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Pictures don't even do her justice, will update when I have better ones, but I just wanted to show her off!!
P.S. How 'bout a big round of applause for Amy - 9 POUNDS 4 OUNCES!!!! wow

HERMES and GOLD in one Weekend???!!???

My wonderful yard sale buddy (that would be my wonderful husband) and I went out to a few yard sales this weekend.. I guess this is a good lesson in "quality" vs. "quantity".

One sale produced these beautiful 14K gold and onyx cufflinks for $1 (that is not a typo)

At the same sale I took a chance on this Hermes wallet... It looks good, (replicas are so hard to detect in these) so I am hoping to make a nice profit on these. We need a new shed, so I am hoping this will put a nice chunk of change towards that.

Prom Night!!! Oh My God - Can Brian Really Be Old Enough To Have A Son Going To PROM????

So, Saturday night was B.Y.'s Prom. I can't believe he will be graduating this year!! We went over early to get some pics - boy was that the most entertaining part of my day! This kid is hysterical.

BY.'s friend Kyle was his "chauffeur" for the evening (that's Kyle's hat by the way, not BY's)

NO, Brian is not staning in a hole, no matter what he tells you!

Of course, Fred and Alice came for the picture taking too! They have 3 grandchildren graduating this year, all in different schools, one in a different state, and plan to attend ALL!!

OK, so now for the interesting part. I go to pose with Brian and BY and he puts his arm around
his dad, and his jacket puckers. We want the pics to look good right?????? so I try to pull it down so it doesn't pucker.... POP - the button goes flying across the lawn.
